It is a high-performance, butyl-based hybrid polymer chemistry designed to withstand severe climates, weathering, and environmental conditions. Butyl MS Caulk is the ideal sealant for roofing, siding, and other construction & industrial applications. Butyl MS Caulk adheres to a wide variety of substrates, including EPDM rubber roofing, aluminum, Kynar-coated metals, PVC, vinyl, steel, glass, marble, brick, concrete, wood, and many plastics.

Inspect sealant at a minimum of every five years. If the sealant or its bond is damaged, completely remove or cut away the sealant in the affected area, clean the surface, and reapply the sealant.

EPDM Coatings warrants the performance of this product when properly stored and applied within 1 year. If, when used as directed, this material proves to be defective, return the remaining product and proof of purchase for a refund or replacement of the product, exclusive of labor or cost of labor. This is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects or failures. The determination of eligibility for this warranty shall be made at the sole discretion of EPDM Coatings, and any decision made shall be final. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and in no instance will EPDM Coatings be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price, except where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by state law. Users must read and follow the directions in the current Technical Data Guide and SDS before using the product. The user determines the suitability of the intended product and assumes all risks. Recommendations for the use of this product are based on tests we believe to be reliable. The manufacturer and seller are not responsible for results when the product is used under conditions not in strict accordance with our published recommendations or in applications not considered suitable for this product. EPDM Coatings shall not be responsible for the use of this product in a manner that infringes upon any patent or any other intellectual property rights held by others.

Remove the victim to fresh air. Give small quantities of water to drink. Do not induce vomiting. Dispose of contents in accordance with all local, regional, national, and international regulations.
